ADHD Evaluations are comprehensive assessments designed to determine whether a person’s difficulties with attention, executive functioning, and self-regulation are consistent with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder or are better explained by other factors. These evaluations integrate clinical interviews, standardized measures, and behavioral data to examine how an individual manages focus, organization, planning, impulse control, and emotional regulation in daily life. Emphasis is placed on understanding functional impact, rather than relying on symptoms alone.

These evaluations are appropriate for children, adolescents, and adults who experience chronic difficulties with attention, follow-through, organization, or mental efficiency across settings. ADHD Evaluations are often requested when symptoms interfere with academic success, workplace performance, or interpersonal relationships. Careful assessment may also help to support requests for accommodations or guide treatment planning.

Dr. Ilene Kaskel brings extensive experience evaluating ADHD across the lifespan and within complex clinical presentations. Her assessments integrate developmental history, clinical judgment, and evidence-based measures to support diagnostic clarity. At Center for Clinical Psychology, evaluations are efficient, thorough, and designed to guide meaningful intervention and accommodations.
